Two builders.
One legacy.

GT USA is the American chapter of two of Canada's most respected homebuilders — Greenpark Group and Treasure Hill. Together, the partnership has delivered more than eighty thousand homes across Canada, the United States and Italy over the past five and a half decades.

Headquartered in South Florida and founded in 2020, GT USA was created to translate that pedigree into the most desirable corridors of the Sunshine State — from oceanfront Pompano to the Wellness Way development minutes from Disney. The work is ambitious, but the principles are not new: build well, build for the long term, and build communities people are proud to live in.
